Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Tracking information will be shared when available.
4. Missing or Damaged Packages
If a package appears damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
